Sven Søren Larsen

Sven is 73 years old. He was born in 1942 in Copenhagen and is married to Lene with whom he has three children and five grandchildren.
Sven was educated as a seaman from 1958 to 1961 as an apprentice navigator in the Danish training ships Georg Stage and Danmark both full-rigged and in East Asia Company. He has a Certificate of Competency as Yacht Master, 3rd Class.
Sven studied medicine at the University of Copenhagen from 1965 to 1973 and worked in hospitals until 1978. He became a specialist in family medicine and got his own clinic from 1978 to 2011. Since then he has worked as a short time doctor in Sweden, Norway and Greenland.
