Sailing taster sessions for MS patients in Denmark

As part of the Oceans of Hope pre-departure programme of activities, Sailing Sclerosis is inviting people with multiple sclerosis to join in the celebrations by going sailing on Thursday 12 June. There are two sessions on a range of boats kindly provided by volunteers, one at 1500 and another at 1700, leaving from the Royal Danish Yacht Club, Tuborg Havnepark 15, 2900 Hellerup.

These sailing sessions will be on 7.9m to 11m sailing boats and it’s free to take part. You will be able to experience the exhilaration and freedom that sailing brings. No previous experience is necessary and we will supply lifejackets and wet weather gear. You will also be able to see the project boat, Oceans of Hope, which is being prepared for departure on the round the world voyage.
