A chance for you to experience sailing

Welcome to Oceans of Hope UK

Oceans of Hope UK is an independent UK registered charity and part of the international Oceans of Hope community founded in 2013 by Danish doctor and sailor Mikkel Anthonisen.

We are the home of the award-winning Oceans of Hope challenges. We offer people from all over the world the opportunity to sail alongside others with MS.

MS is a chronic condition where the body attacks the brain and nervous system, leading to physical, cognitive and emotional challenges, many of which are not always obvious and are difficult to explain. Oceans of Hope brings together people with MS into a sailing environment, working collectively to overcome these challenges. Time on board a Challenge vessel leads to increased confidence and an improvement in wellbeing, giving hope for the future.

You don't need to have any experience of sailing - our challenges are open to all with MS.
